Viscous Liquid Filtration Sieve

Screening Thick Liquids, Slurries and Pastes

Bag filters and basket strainers clog quickly on thick products. A viscous liquid filtration sieve uses vibration to keep high-viscosity product moving through the mesh, so lumps, gels, skins and foreign particles are removed continuously while good product keeps flowing.

The result is a smooth, uniform product and fewer stops to clean strainers. Oversize is discharged separately, and pumps, valves, nozzles and fillers downstream are protected from blockage. Typical U.S. applications include sauces and dressings, syrups and honey, chocolate and fillings, creams and gels, paints and coatings, inks, adhesives and resins, ceramic slip and battery electrode slurries. Sanitary 304 or 316 stainless construction and tool-free screen access make changeovers fast.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is a vibratory screening machine that removes oversize particles, lumps and contaminants from high-viscosity liquids, slurries and pastes, giving a smooth product and protecting downstream equipment.

Controlled vibration and a precision mesh keep thick product flowing through the screen while oversize material is discharged separately, without stopping production.

Food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, paint and coatings, adhesives, battery materials, ceramics and specialty materials.

Sauces, syrups, chocolate, honey, creams, gels, adhesives, resins, inks, coatings, ceramic slip, cosmetic creams and chemical pastes.

Better quality, removal of lumps and contaminants, less waste, higher efficiency, equipment protection and a smoother finished product.

Yes. Screen selection, machine configuration and vibration settings are matched to the product's viscosity and solids content.

It depends on the particle size to remove, viscosity, required fineness, solids content and capacity. Testing identifies the best screen.

Yes. It is built for continuous industrial duty with minimal downtime.

Yes. Stainless construction, quick-release clamps and easy-access screens allow fast cleaning and changeovers.
